David Moore, 56, of Cabot passed away on Tuesday,
May 5, 2009 after a tragic motorcycle accident. Dave
never met a stranger. Everyone that ever met him felt
like they had known him all of their life. He was a very
devoted family man and enjoyed spending time with
his wife, daughter and son-in-law, son and
daughter-in-law and his one and only grandchild. He
was a motorcycle enthusiast. He rode no matter what
the weather was like. He was a member of GWRRA,
ABATE and The Patriot Guard Riders.
Dave was a dedicated businessman and the owner
of Moore Heat & Air in Cabot. A family owned
business, his wife, daughter and son have all worked
together with him since Dave started his venture in
1994. He was a member of RSES and HVACR
associations. Dave was counting down to retirement
so that he could do more riding, hunting and
vacationing with his family.
Dave is survived by his loving wife of 38 years,
Debbie; daughter, Sherry Mash (James, Jr.) of
Beebe; son, Kevin Moore (Danielle) and grandson,
Jacob Moore. He is also survived by his mother, Kathryn and step dad Hershel Motes of Ward; four
sisters; Theresa Seneski (Roman) of Clio, Michigan; Pam Motes (Paul) of Lonoke; Anita Bishop of
Ward and Shelly Fairless (Ernie) of Zephyrhills, Florida and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles,
cousins, family, business associates, and friends who will all miss him dearly. Dave was preceded in
death by his grandparents, his father, Sidney Wilburn Moore (1989) and his big sister, Kathy Clem
(2008).
A celebration of Dave’s life will be held on Saturday, May 9 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Moore’s Cabot
Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 – 8;00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Abate 13 will be staging a Funeral Ride-In on Saturday, May 9 at the old Cabot Wal-Mart
between 12:00 and 12:30pm
